Can you give a ballpark price?
Yes, but without knowing everything it may not be accurate apples to apples.
Do you offer financing?
No.
What is my job timeline?
Timeline depends on design time and how long the city needs to review/process permit application. Typically design/permit time is 6 weeks before start date.
Will I need a permit?
As a responsible contractor the answer will always be yes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, COI upon request NE license #29167-23.
Do you have posted reviews?
Yes, on website and Facebook.
What is my responsibility as the customer?
Depends- some materials or labor can make a job less expensive if provided/done by customer.
How far do you travel?
Up to 100 miles from Omaha, in any direction (travel fees may apply).
What is the turnaround time for an estimate?
Within one week from inquiry - could be longer depending on size and custom designs.
When is it time to upgrade/remodel?
Call for free consultation before getting an estimate.
